How far is the hotel from the Bologna Exhibition Center (Fiera di Bologna)?

We are the ideal choice for those looking for an hotel near the Bologna Fiera. The hotel is only 7 km (4.3 miles) from the exhibition center, easily reachable via the city ring road in approximately 10 minutes by car, avoiding central traffic.

How can I get to Bologna City Centre or the Central Station using public transport?

The bus stop (lines 36 and 90) is conveniently located just 200 meters from the hotel. The lines operate from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM and connect the hotel directly to the Bologna Central Railway Station (line 36) and the city centre.

Yes. Our Family Rooms are perfect for families (accommodating 3 adults and 1 child up to 10 years old). Alternatively, we offer connecting rooms that can host up to 5 guests.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel or in the rooms?

The entire property is Non-Smoking. However, Superior Rooms, Junior Suites, and Deluxe Suites feature private terrace-gardens, offering a dedicated outdoor space for smokers.

Are pets (dogs and cats) allowed?

Absolutely, we are a Pet-Friendly Hotel in Bologna. Dogs, cats, and other domestic pets are welcome (max 1 pet per room). A daily supplement of €15 is applied for cleaning and sanitation.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving earlier, please inform us in advance; we will do our best to have your room ready before 3:00 PM.

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM.

Is Late Check-out possible?

Late Check-out after 11:00 AM is available for an additional fee. Please check availability and rates with our staff upon arrival or email reservations@hotelrelaisbellaria.com before your arrival date.

Can I cancel my reservation? What are the terms?

Cancellation terms are specified in the booking form and your confirmation email. Generally:

• Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the arrival date (excluding Non-Refundable rates).

• During major Bologna exhibition periods, free cancellation is extended up to 7 days before arrival.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Carta Sì, Master Card, Union Pay, and Bancomat/Debit Cards.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel temporarily?

Yes, we offer a convenient free luggage storage service at the reception desk, so you can enjoy Bologna until the last possible moment.
